Installation and use of 4v210 solenoid valve:

1. Before use, check whether the components are damaged during transportation, and then install and use them;

2. Pay attention to the direction of gas flow and whether the nozzle profile is correct during installation. The medium used must be filtered by 40um filter element;

3. Please pay attention to whether the installation conditions meet the technical requirements (such as "voltage", "actuation frequency", "working pressure", "operating temperature range")

4. Pay attention to the gas flow direction during installation, P is the air inlet, a (b) is the working port, and R (s) is the exhaust port;

5. Try to avoid using in vibration environment and pay attention to antifreeze measures at low temperature;

6. When connecting the pipeline, pay attention that the winding of the drain belt shall not exceed the end face of the joint tooth, and remove dust, iron chips and other dirt in the pipeline joint to avoid impurities Material or foreign matter enters the valve body;

7. Please pay attention to dust prevention. It is recommended to install muffler or silencing throttle valve at the exhaust port. When not in use, the dust boot shall be installed at the air inlet and outlet.

8. When debugging the whole machine, it is recommended to use the manual device for debugging first, and then power on for debugging.
